I've become a victim of this petty jealousy and I am not alone in this cause so has she

Hey Mary's ten years older but to me that's no big deal age is just a state of mind

Depends on how you feel and Mary feels all right to me and she gives me all I need

Why can't they let us be the way we are?

Oh Mary gets embarrassed when she feels an awkward stare

From a casual acquaintance and she finds it everywhere

I tell her not to be concerned go on about her day

She says she just don't understand why people are this way
